IMPORTANT : For Parents who are first time user of the online replacement class request system, please read the FAQs carefully.

Q1: How do I use the Replacement Class Request System?

A : To use the Replacement Class Request System,

  1. Go to end of this page
  2. Click ‘Branch’
  3. Key in preferred contact and select child’s name
  4. Select Absent Lesson (Lesson which your child has missed or would be missing)
  5. Select a Replacement Class (You can filter either by day of replacement class or by the teachers)
  6. Click ‘Submit Request’
  7. Email confirmation on Replacement Request would be sent to preferred email address

Q2: My preferred time slot for replacement lesson is not available from the system. Can I request for a particular time slot for replacement?

A : You may check our replacement system again a few days later.

The availability of replacement slot is based on the principle of 1st-IN-1st-OUT.

For example: Student A’s original time slot is Monday 3.30pm. If Student A vacates his original time slot and does a replacement lesson in another timeslot, Student A’s original time slot of Monday 3.30pm, for that particular lesson will be made available to other Parents at the replacement drop down menu.

Most of our classes are running at full capacity and we are committed to keep the class size manageable. As such, we may NOT be able to offer any replacement lessons at your preferred time slot. However, we are committed to provide time slots for replacement lessons.

Q3: I had successfully arranged a replacement lesson for my child. If I were to change my mind and CANCEL the replacement request, can my child attend lesson in his/her ORIGINAL slot ?

A : For parents who wish to cancel their replacement request,

  1. Go to the end of this page
  2. Key in preferred contact and select child’s name
  3. Select Absent Lesson (lesson for which replacement request is to be cancelled)
  4. Select Replacement Class corresponding to your child’s ORIGINAL timeslot (N.B. Original timeslot will ONLY be shown if vacated slot is still available, see explanation below on why ORIGINAL timeslot is not available for selection)
  5. Click ‘Submit Request’
  6. Email confirmation on cancellation would be sent to preferred email address.

If ORIGINAL Timeslot is not available in replacement class selection, this means your child’s vacated slot is already taken up by another student as the availability of replacement slot is based on the principle of 1st-IN-1st-OUT.

For example: Student A’s original time slot is Monday 3.30pm. If Student A vacates his original time slot and does a replacement lesson in another timeslot, Student A’s original time slot of Monday 3.30pm, for that particular lesson will be made available to other Parents at the replacement drop down menu.

We may not be able to increase the class size to accommodate your child even though it is his ORIGINAL class. This is because most classes are running at full capacity and it is our commitment to keep the class size manageable.

For parents who FAIL to CANCEL the replacement request, your child should attend the replacement slot previously arranged.

Replacement lesson which is cancelled , will not be counted in the per term replacement quota.

Q4: I had successfully arranged a replacement lesson for my child. Can I change to another timeslot for replacement?

A : For parents who wish to CHANGE their replacement timeslot,

  1. Go to the end of this page
  2. Key in preferred contact and select child’s name
  3. Select Absent Lesson (lesson for which replacement request is to be changed)
  4. Select a new Replacement Slot
  5. Click ‘Submit Request’
  6. Email confirmation on Replacement Request Update would be sent to preferred email address

Changes to the Replacement slot for that particular lesson will not be counted in the per term replacement quota, i.e. , it will still be considered as 1 replacement taken even multiple changes are made.

Q5: I am not able to arrange a replacement lesson for my child for the lesson missed. What kind of support can I expect?

A : If your child could not come for any of the available time slots offered, you can either WhatsApp or write in to request for the video recording of the missed lessons. The emails are:

In order to reap the full benefits of our programme, we seek your co-operation and full understanding to ensure your child attend all lessons.

Q6: What happens if the replacement class system could not be used for replacement class request submission?

A :  If the automated replacement system could not be used because of system downtime, our staff  would facilitate replacement requests through manual means at the earliest possible time. Please call/email IMMEDIATELY using the following information to make the replacement request :

Q7: How many replacement lessons can I arrange for my child?

A : Students may be offered (subject to availability) up to a maximum of TWO replacement lessons per term (replacement quota).

Q8: Could my child request for more than 2 replacement lessons a term due to CCA commitments / medical reasons?

with supporting documents for management’s consideration.

Q9: Why can I NOT see replacement classes that are on the same day as the day of request? (i.e. if I made a replacement request on 2 Feb, I am not able to see 2 Feb replacement classes, but only classes that are available from 3 Feb onwards)

A : As administrative preparation is needed for a child to attend replacement class, same day replacement request is not possible.
