K2 → P1 Math Headstart
Give your child a confident, ready start to Primary 1 Maths.
The method your child learns here is the same one they’ll use all the way to PSLE — so they never have to start over.
Primary 1 maths moves faster than most parents expect. We prepare your child before day one — not by drilling sums, but by teaching them how to think.

What your child will do
Three sessions. One thinking method.
Each concept is a step your child keeps building on — nothing gets unlearned later.
1
Number bonds — the part & whole idea
Using hands, cubes and stories, your child sees that a whole is made of parts — the foundation of all adding and subtracting.
2
Adding & subtracting with model drawing
From cubes to drawing — turning a word problem into a picture and an equation. This is exactly where P1 children usually freeze.
3
Comparison — more, fewer & how many more
Greater than, less than and comparing amounts — stretched with fun higher-order thinking, so your child applies, not just remembers.
Why parents choose us
Not just ready for maths. Ready for school.
WHY 01
Learn to solve, not just count
Many kids can add and subtract — then freeze on word problems.
We teach your child to read a maths story, draw it out, and work out the answer.
WHY 02
You don't have to save the difficult questions for later
Problem-solving isn’t something to put off. Even at Primary 1, children can take on difficult word problems and learn to approach them calmly and logically. We scaffold that critical thinking process step by step, until it becomes a habit children can reach for on their own.
WHY 03
Small class of 6
In a big group, quiet kids hide at the back.
With only six children, every child gets to speak, try and ask. Shy kids become confident kids.
The method that never changes
Most centres teach little tricks that work now but break later.
We plant the one method your child keeps — so they never unlearn and start over.
Confidence, built by doing
“My child can count — but can they cope in a real classroom?”
It’s the question every parent asks. In a calm, structured class of six, your child rehearses the exact habits Primary 1 demands — listening, taking turns, raising their hand — so the jump to big school feels familiar, not frightening. A confident P1 starter is the one who puts their hand up.

EXCELLENT Based on 86 reviews Posted on Google cassandra munTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My child has been attending classes in Concept Math Novena since Pri 1. I am grateful for all her teachers. This year Pri 4, with Teacher Victor, the results have been amazing for her WA2 ( AL1). Teacher Victor's teaching style is patient, engaging, and tailored to my child's learning needs. He ensures that my child understands every lesson, which has boosted their confidence and grades. Thank you for ensuring my child keeps improving and maintains good grades .Posted on Google Hathaway Lee (Lee Yi Chen)Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My child has been attending Concept Math since Primary 2, and she’s now in Primary 3. We have the flexibility of online and in-person classes which suited our limited logistic resources. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in her confidence and understanding of math concepts. She recently did very well in her school’s weighted assessment, and we believe the structured lessons and supportive teaching here played a big part in that. The teachers are patient, knowledgeable, introduce new learning methods (which wowed me!) and make learning engaging. Highly recommend this class for parents looking to build a strong math foundation for their child.Posted on Google Joanne LTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Concept Math’s curriculum and clear explanations have helped both my children grasp various topics more easily since lower primary, building a strong foundation for their learning. The e-classroom has also been a valuable tool for revision, reinforcing key concepts effectively. Their teachers are responsible and proactive in monitoring and supporting their learning progress. Overall, Concept Math has greatly boosted my children’s confidence in mathematics!Posted on Google Cindy SumTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Concept Math has been a great help! Enrolled my girl since P2 and she has grown so much under the guidance of teacher Charlene! She is engaging, clear and more importantly, my girl loves doing Math and does her Math homework independently!Posted on Google K GTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to share a brief feedback as my P4 daughter begins her journey with Concept Math. The program offers a well-structured and engaging learning experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, and the staff is both helpful and transparent. The after-class session provided valuable insights for parents, and the video materials effectively reinforced key concepts. I truly hope my daughter is learning positively and making progress through the program. Overall, it has been a highly effective and enriching experience. Thank you for your dedication and support!Posted on Google Wei Ling FooTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zoanne enjoys the weekly math lessons in Concept Math. Guided by Teacher Victor, she is able to effectively grasp the mathematical concepts and methods and apply them to different questions. The online resources that include recap class videos are extremely helpful. The booster worksheets that she works on independently further boost her confidence in each topic. Teacher Victor is provides 1-1 help for our queries and concerns. Thank you Concept Math and Teacher Victor for helping Zoanne ace her WA!Posted on Google JerniceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been with Concept Maths since my child started primary 1. This is our 4th year with Concept Math and we are very pleased with the school's syllabus, their structured approach on teaching concepts, benefitting children, and even to parents. Their SMART approach, entailing simplifying questions, drawing emphasis on teaching concepts (without memorising), drawing model diagrams, analysing, resolving and testing the concepts are structured and have benefitted my child. They start teaching drawing model diagram since in Primary 1 and till date, my child in Primary 4 is confident in drawing models to break down complex questions, understanding concept to resolve them. What stands out is, the school makes a conscious effort to spend 10mins after every class to brief the parents on what was taught for every lesson, how we can adopt and teach our children. They have regular reviews (worksheets, workshops) throughout the year, to ascertain the improvement sections where your child needs help in. My child is coping well and I have also enrolled my second child in Concept Math. This is a testament of the tangible results that Concept Maths offers to the students. You can do trial lessons with them. All the best!Posted on Google claire auTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks to Concept Math, my boy scored full marks for his year end math assessment test last year! I wasn't even aware until another mum asked me which tuition centre I send my boy to, because she heard he had full marks. I'm genuinely very impressed by how systematic and well-organised the school is run. They have a debrief for parents to sit in after every class, so we're kept up to speed on what our children are learning. That way, we're better equipped to guide our children at home. If we miss a lesson, besides in person replacement class, we're also given the option to attend via zoom, or watch a replay. That is very helpful because we can watch the replay at a time convenient for us. I have seen my son sit through the replay lessons quietly, paying attention because the lesson is engaging. My son also likes his teacher, Teacher Jeslyn, who is very good with the kids!Posted on Google shengjoin LuaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Both my daughters are students of Concept Math from primary 1. While I have no basis of comparison vs other math enrichment facilities, I can only say that both my girls and us (parents) are extremely comfortable with the curriculum and teachers of Concept Math. From my observation of my daughters doing their math problems, I can see them approaching each question in a very logical and methodical way, as taught to them in Concept Math. The teachers are both patient and dedicated and the parents debriefs offer us parents the opportunity to appreciate how our girls are taught. I would recommend Concept Math to all parents who want their kids to grasp the fundamental and essence of Math.
