IMPORTANT:

1. For ONLINE Classes, SELF-COLLECT Worksheets at the respective centres between 1 Sep (Wed) to 5 Sep (Sun).

2. For Non-Concept Math Students, our Admin will call you to make collection arrangements.

Terms and Conditions for Workshop Registration

a. JC Education Consultancy (Company under Concept Math Group) is the billing entity for all workshops organised by Concept Math.

b. Prices already include additional 3rd Party (Paypal/Stripe) Processing Fees that are levied for Online Credit Card Payment.

c. Fees paid are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE unless the workshop is cancelled by JC Education Consultancy/Concept Math. Please confirm personal commitments BEFORE signing up for workshops. 

d. In the event lessons are missed due to unfortunate circumstances (e.g. medical leave), recording to view the missed lessons will be arranged TOGETHER with other students who missed the lessons. There will NOT be any make-up classes.

e. If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum quorum is not reached, all workshop attendees will be informed via email or SMS 3 working days beforehand. A full refund of fees will be made via PayNow or reversal of credit card payment.

f. In the event JC Education Consultancy/Concept Math is directed by the government or any government-related agencies or departments to close or cease operations temporarily, whether health or non-health-related, with or without the fault of JC Education Consultancy/Concept Math or its employees, face-to-face workshop fees paid are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE and NO FEES DISCOUNT will be given. JC Education Consultancy/Concept Math will switch from conducting the workshop face-to-face to online. However, if JC Education Consultancy/Concept Math is not able to conduct the workshop online, a full refund of fees will be made via PayNow or reversal of credit card payment.

g. Our centre reserves the right to change teachers without prior notice.
