Q1: How do I use the Replacement Class Request System?

  1. Select ‘Branch’. Enter preferred contact and select child’s name.
  2. Select ‘Absent Lesson‘. 
  3. Select a ‘Replacement Lesson‘. (Filter by day or teacher)
  4. Submit Request. Email confirmation would be sent to your registered preferred contact. 

Q2: My replacement slot is not available. Can I request for my preferred slot? 

If your preferred slot is unavailable, the class is full. We cannot add more students to full classes to keep class sizes manageable.

However, if a student from that class is absent, their slot will open for replacement by our system. This happens in real time, so check the system again in a few days.
