P6 Last Dash
PSLE Math Intensive

See the concept. Avoid the trap. Secure the mark.

P6 Last Dash is a three-day PSLE Math workshop in Singapore, held over the September school holidays, that trains Primary 6 students to recognise which concept a question is testing, choose the right approach, avoid the traps that cost marks, and check their working before they move on.

What is the P6 Last Dash workshop?

Last Dash is a  PSLE Mathematics intensive 3 days session in the September school holidays — the final full break before PSLE. It is built for the part of the exam where marks are actually lost: not knowing the topic, but recognising it inside an unfamiliar, multi-step question.

Each day follows the same build. Students start with concise concept notes, move through skill drills that climb from straightforward to exam standard, then apply them to PSLE-style and mixed questions under timed conditions. Every day closes with error analysis — the common traps, and how to catch them.

Students keep the Last Dash booklet, with worked solutions, as a revision resource for the weeks between the workshop and the exam.

We’ve selected the topics that are commonly tested and students often trip up in –

Day 1 : Geometry, Angles and Circles

Day 2: Measurement, Volume and Average

Day 3: Percentage, Rate and Heuristics

Who is it for?

Primary 6 students sitting PSLE Mathematics — from Concept Math and from other schools and centres alike. It is designed for students who:

  • understand the topics in class but stall when a question looks unfamiliar;
  • can do the maths but keep making avoidable, repeated mistakes;
  • do not know where to start on a long Paper 2 problem sum;
  • run out of time, or stop after one step;
  • are scoring well already, but lose marks to unchecked working.

Parents often tell us the same thing: their child has done stacks of practice papers, and the same errors keep coming back. More papers rarely fixes that. Recognition and decision-making do.
