Terms and Conditions

 

How to Refer a Friend or Sibling

 

1) The existing student’s parent shares the registration link to the Concept Math website with a friend or relative. (https://www.conceptmath.com/trial-lesson/)

2) To qualify for any referral benefit, the new student’s parent must quote the full name and contact number of the existing student during their initial enquiry.

 

Eligibility Criteria

 

Existing Student	New Student
The referring family must have a child actively enrolled in Concept Math’s regular lessons. Rebates apply only to referrals of brand-new households (not re-enrolments or returning students).	The new student must register for regular Concept Math lessons (not trials or workshops). Full payment for Concept Math’s regular lessons must be completed for referral benefits to be activated for the existing student.

Benefits for the New Student

 

• One complimentary trial lesson per child.
• Waiver of one term’s eResource fee upon successful enrolment in regular lessons.
• $50 cash rebate in the following term

Benefits for the Existing Student’s Family

 

• For every successful referral, the existing student will receive cash rebates, credited via PayNow.
• Rebates will be issued following the new student’s enrolment.

Stackable Rewards

 

Referrals are stackable. The existing student may refer multiple new students from different households and receive a separate rebate for each household. There is no cap on the number of eligible referrals, provided all eligibility conditions are met. 

 

 

Multiple Enrolments in the Same Referred Household

 

If the new student’s household enrols more than one child, it is still counted as one successful referral for rebate purposes.

Rebate Forfeiture

 

Rebates are valid only for the terms following the new student’s enrolment. They will be forfeited if:

• The existing student graduates from Concept Math before all rebates are issued.
• The existing student withdraws before the full entitlement is fulfilled.

 

General

 

• Rebates are non-transferable and only credited via PayNow. Parents will be notified by Concept Math once the rebate has been processed.
• Concept Math reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this programme at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions by Concept Math on eligibility and rebate amounts are final.
